With over 15 years experience in this field we can produce drawings / plans for all types of building work / planning applications, building regulations approval and site layout work.

Based in Gateshead in the north of England. Most of our work has been around the Tyne / Wear area. Recently we have widened our scope throughout the UK and have completed jobs as far afield as Southampton,Birmingham, Kent & Glasgow.   Where distance is a problem then just a few photographs of the property with a few key dimensions will get the jobs underway.  Time scales of typically 7 – 14 days for the completed job.

2 Storey side		Change of use

The scope of Mac plans work varies from a 2m x 1m porch extension to new builds, a single storey extension e.g. to dining – kitchen etc. through to a 2 storey extension with a loft conversion. Maybe even an attached or detached garage. Some typical examples of drawings produced are shown here.

All planning and building regulations applications are now completed online so no forms for you to fill in.
Payment isn’t taken until you are satisfied with your completed plans / drawings. A pdf file of your completed plan can be sent to you for approval. On large scale jobs a deposit will be requested.

Large format printing and scanning

Xerox 8830 with scanner (b/w only) and a HP 750c plus (colour) printers are on site so printing multiple copies of A0, A1, and A2 will not pose any problems.

Scan to net .  Send me your old worn out paper plans (model aircraft / ships etc) and i'll transfer them to a .tif or .jpg file so you can store then on your PC.

We can also print your own drawings (paper or electronic) at a very competitive rate. All you have to do is e-mail your file (most formats catered for dwg, dxf, pdf, word etc.) or post it if it’s a paper copy.

POSTERS.     up to A0 size (1189 x 841)

posters for your shop sale - nightclub gig - birthday banners etc etc.  Either send your electronic file via email or i'll compose one for you !!
